1、Equipment structure and working principle
1. Juicer parts
(1) , Structure
It is composed of front support, feed hopper, screw, filter screen, juice container, rear support, slag chute and other parts. The left end of the spiral spindle is supported in the rolling bearing seat, and the right end is supported in the hand wheel bearing seat. The motor drives the screw through a pair of triangular belt pulleys.
(2) Working principle
The main component of the equipment is a screw. The bottom diameter of the screw increases gradually along the direction of the slag outlet, while the pitch decreases gradually. When the material is pushed by the screw, the reduction of the spiral chamber volume forms the squeezing of the material.
The rotation direction of the spiral spindle is clockwise when looking from the feed hopper to the slag chute. The raw materials are added into the feed hopper and pressed under the promotion of the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the juice container at the bottom through the filter screen, while the waste is discharged through the gap formed between the screw and the tapered part of the pressure regulator. The size of the gap can be adjusted by the axial movement of the pressure regulator. When the hand wheel bearing seat is transferred clockwise (looking from the slag chute of the equipment to the feed hopper), the clearance will be reduced if the pressure regulating head is left, and vice versa. The juice yield can be changed by changing the size of the gap, that is, adjusting the slag resistance. However, if the gap is too small, some of the slag particles will be squeezed out with the juice through the filter screen under strong extrusion. Although the juice yield increases, the quality of the juice decreases relatively. The size of the gap should be determined according to the user's specific process requirements.
2. Crusher parts
The machine is mainly composed of feed hopper, crusher chamber, support, screen, crushing rotor assembly, transmission parts, etc. The parts contacting materials are made of stainless steel.
Working principle: The hammer rotates at a high speed around the axis, and uses centrifugal force to crush fruits and vegetables. Materials smaller than the mesh diameter enter the next process through the screen. Materials larger than the mesh diameter continue to stay in the crusher chamber and are broken by the hammer until the particles are smaller than the mesh diameter. Users can configure different pore sizes according to specific process requirements to obtain materials with different particle sizes.
2、 Operation and maintenance
When the juicer is started for the first time, the pressure head shall be adjusted to maximize the annular clearance, and then the clearance gradually decreases. After meeting the process requirements, the brake shall be used to fix the position of the hand wheel bearing seat.
Before starting the crusher, check whether there is any foreign matter in the machine, and control the feeding quantity.
The filter screen must be washed with water and brush after each shift. If the juice containing more fiber is filtered, a washing screen shall be added occasionally according to the production situation, and all machines shall be cleaned with hot water after the pressing is completed. Fill lubricating oil at each lubricating point once a week.
