Equipment description:
The equipment is mainly used for cutting half apricot and removing its kernel, and is a key equipment for the production of preserved apricot, apricot pulp and apricot jam. Apricot cutting half kerning machine is a machine that can cut apricot into two pieces along the apricot riding suture and remove the apricot stone. The machine is compact in structure, low in power consumption, accurate in cutting, safe and reliable in use.
The machine can get rid of the traditional manual method of apricot cutting and stone removal, greatly reducing the labor intensity, increasing the efficiency by multiples, and reducing the production cost. As all parts of the machine are made of stainless steel and plastic that meet the food hygiene requirements, the products fully meet the relevant national food hygiene requirements.

Requirements for processed apricots:
⑴ Isolated apricot varieties
⑵ The fruit shape is neat, with obvious riding suture, and the shape is egg shaped (i.e. long diameter>riding diameter>transverse diameter)
(3) The fruit shall be graded before cutting (it is recommended to divide the fruit into three grades according to the transverse diameter). The minimum fruit diameter (transverse diameter) is greater than 30mm, and the maximum fruit size is not greater than 60mm.
⑷ When the maturity of apricot is above 85%, the apricot should be cut and cored as soon as possible after harvest (it is recommended that it should not exceed 18 hours).
