Hammer crusher is a fruit and vegetable crushing machine with international advanced level designed by our factory in the 1990s. It has the characteristics of novel structure, compact structure, large production capacity and wide application range. Except for the frame, the rest of the machine is made of stainless steel, which can be used alone and connected easily.
The machine is mainly composed of side cover, flying knife, screen, body, main shaft and other components. The whole machine is composed of feed hopper, side cover, body, main shaft, bearing seat, motor, frame, discharge hopper, etc. During operation, the motor drives the spindle to rotate at a constant speed through a pair of belt pulleys, and the spindle is equipped with a flying knife for high-speed rotation. The materials freely fall into the feed hopper from the elevator and are cut by the high-speed flying knife. Due to the centrifugal force, the materials fall into the feed hopper from the waist shaped mesh screen, and then are pumped into the next process by the feed pump. The advantage of hammer crusher is that the particle size of crushed materials is consistent, and its size is determined by the screen with waist shaped hole.
