NDGJ Passion Fruit Juicer
This equipment is applicable to the juice pressing of fresh Passion Fruit. The original fruit does not need to be broken or graded, and the juice is directly pressed. The innovative principle of rubber roller press and explosion is adopted, which completely eliminates the red pigment in the outer skin layer from mixing into the juice, and improves the quality of juice products;
The machine is mainly composed of a group of feeding rollers, a group of pressing rubber rollers, feed hopper, juice discharge hopper, slag discharge hopper, frame, transmission and other parts. During operation, the power supply is switched on and the materials are poured into the feeding hopper. First, the materials are transported to the press cots by a group of feeding rollers, and then a pair of press cots explode the passion fruit to extrude the pulp and juice from the peel, so as to achieve the purpose of juice extraction. The peel is discharged from the slag hopper, and the juice and pulp are discharged from the juice hopper. The equipment is made of stainless steel except for the transmission part.
