Drum washer
The equipment is composed of motor, water pump, roller, support, supporting wheel, plate brush, spray water pipe, hopper, cover plate, water tank, valve, transmission shaft, motor frame, electrical control switch and other parts. Through the chain, the motor sprocket drives the sprocket on the long shaft, and then the sprocket on the transition shaft meshes with the stainless steel chain on the drum to make the drum rotate. After the materials enter the drum, they are rinsed by spraying pipes and scrubbed by plate brushes to achieve the cleaning effect. There are two water tanks under the drum, close to the clean water tank for feeding, the water inlet pipe is connected with clean water, and the circulating water tank is close to the discharge side. The water source from the materials washed by the punching drum is filtered by the filter screen in the water tank for secondary use. It is applicable to the cleaning of root vegetables, with a production capacity of 5~20 T/h.
