Under the effect of gravity, the raw materials, namely, the single layer, are levelled on the surface of the rinse roll. Since the group of rough rinse rolls all rotate in a single direction, the raw materials are subject to the centrifugal force of the subsequent materials and the rinse roll while being rinsed. At the same time, they move towards the outlet. In this process, the spraying device continuously sprays and flushes the materials, thus completing the rinsing of raw materials.
