It is divided into two parts: concentration evaporation and vacuum pumping. All parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel.
The concentration boiler is composed of a cylinder. The lower end of the cylinder is a butterfly head. The lower part of the cylinder is a heating chamber. There are several groups of heating coils. The coils are filled with steam to make the materials in the boiler boil for evaporation. The middle part of the cylinder is an evaporation chamber or a separation chamber. The steam generated by the boiling solution in the heating room carries a large amount of liquid wipe, and the liquid foam is mostly separated by its own condensation in the larger evaporation space. The top of the cylinder is a foam catcher, and the liquid foam that has not been separated is separated by the foam catcher to prevent the liquid foam from being taken away by the secondary steam. In order to observe the production situation in the pot, the cylinder is provided with a light hole and a sight hole. In order to facilitate cleaning and maintenance, a manhole is provided. The upper part is equipped with CIP cleaning nozzle and pre sterilized steam inlet.
The vacuum pumping system consists of a hydraulic ejector, a check valve, a multi-stage centrifugal pump and a water tank. The hydraulic ejector has the dual functions of vacuumizing and condensing the secondary steam.
