The two sets of pipelines are independent of each other and can operate simultaneously; The machine is mainly composed of rack, upper dust collection system, upper pressure rail, left and right guard rails, cage conveyor, high pressure cleaning room, air washing pipeline, water washing pipeline, lower stainless steel collecting tank, water pump make-up tank, arc mesh filter, water storage tank, vortex air pump and pipe pump, which are automatically controlled by PLC program. The box cage is transported by the conveyor into the high-pressure spray room, and the air washing/water washing system cleans the box cage; The conveyor is driven by the reducer chain wheel, and the tooth surface of the drive chain wheel is hardened. It is equipped with a stainless steel 304 shield.
The system is provided with three water washing pipelines; Three air washing pipelines and two air washing diversion pipelines. The nozzles are arranged in staggered order. The spacing between nozzles is 200mm. There is a 1m isolation section between the water washing section and the air washing section. Water screens are set on both sides to prevent water and gas from flowing in tandem; In order to achieve the cleaning effect, the nozzle of the water washing pipeline adopts a sector nozzle with high impact force, and is equipped with a universal adjustable joint to facilitate the adjustment of the spraying angle.
