Equipment description:

The equipment is suitable for continuous pre cooking of fruits and vegetables with small shape or after crushing, so as to achieve the purpose of enzyme killing and softening. The whole structure is made of stainless steel, with spiral feeding and a safety insulating layer. The materials are continuously pre boiled in water and finally scraped out by a special turning scraper.
