This equipment is one of the raw material pretreatment equipment in fruit and vegetable processing. The raw material can prevent browning, inhibit active enzyme, decompose pectin and improve juice yield through precooking.
The machine is mainly composed of power transmission part, conveying screw, discharge rotary bucket, screen, inner and outer cylinders, steam pipe, frame and other parts. In addition to some standard parts such as power and bearings, the rest are made of stainless steel 304. During operation, the materials are fed into the spiral precooking machine from the feed inlet, and the steam enters the inner cylinder through the pipeline to heat the water in the inner cylinder as well as the materials. Under the action of the screw propeller, the materials are heated while moving forward. After reaching the temperature and time required by the process, the materials are discharged from the outlet.
